How to do things in EvoLogs.
One task per page, with a screenshot from the current build. For questions about plans and limits, the support FAQ has the short answers.
Log food
Create and log recipes
In Recipes, tap Create and describe the recipe or build it by hand, or turn on Also save as recipe when you log a meal. Log it later by servings.
Fix an estimate before saving
On the Meal Preview, pick a portion size, open Adjust individual items to change quantities, remove or add items, then tap Log Meal. No extra AI call.
Log a meal by describing it
Tap add on the Nutrition tab, choose Describe, type or speak the meal, tap the sparkle button, check the Meal Preview and tap Log Meal.
Log a meal from a photo
Tap add on the Nutrition tab, choose Take photo, take or pick a photo, then check the portion size and items on the Meal Preview and tap Log Meal.
Manage your ingredient list
My Ingredients holds the foods your meals are matched against first. Add one with AI Lookup or by hand, then edit, duplicate or delete it.
Plan meals and make a shopping list
In Plan meals, pick a day up to nine days ahead, add recipes to its slots, then Generate shopping list from the days you choose and share it.
Read your history and reports
History shows a bar per day of calories against your target, with that day's meals below. Reports sums up the last 7 or 30 days in plain words.
Set your meal schedule and auto-log
In Plan meals, open Meal schedule to choose daily slots and a deadline hour per slot. Turn on Auto-log planned meals to have planned meals logged at that hour.
Use Quick Add shortcuts
Create one-tap shortcuts for things you have often, by describing them or by hand, in Manage Quick Add. Tap one on the Nutrition tab to log it as a snack.
Log training
Add an exercise by saying it
In a session, tap Add exercise, then type or say the exercise. Your library and the EvoLogs catalog are free; AI is used only for a new exercise.
Create, start and share a routine
Open Routines from the Workout menu, tap Create Routine, add exercises and Save. Tap a routine to start, edit, share or delete it.
Edit or delete a past workout
Open History, tap the session and choose Edit Workout, change it and tap Save. To delete, swipe the row left and confirm.
Log a walk, a run or another activity
Tap + on the Workout tab, choose Quick Activity (AI) and describe it with a duration. Check duration and intensity, then tap Log Activity.
Read muscle recovery
Recovery Status on the Workout tab counts days since you trained each muscle group. Filter by Rested, Train Soon or Recent; tap a group for detail.
Read your training readiness
Training readiness compares your last 7 days of training load with your last 28. Find it in Workout, Reports. It reads 4.00 for the first weeks.
See exercise stats and your estimated 1RM
Each exercise has a page with sessions, volume, best set, Est. 1RM and a progress chart. The estimate uses sets of 10 reps or fewer.
Start a workout session
On the Workout tab, tap the round + button and choose Start New Workout or Load from Routines. Add exercises, tick sets, then tap Finish.
Evo
Accept or skip an Evo suggestion
Tap the chip under an Evo message to open the screen it suggests. Adjust targets asks you to confirm first. An unused chip expires after 7 days.
Ask Evo a question
Tap the field under the Evo card, type your question and send it. Evo answers from your own logs. Pro has 300 questions per cycle.
Check your day so far
Tap the refresh icon next to the date on the Evo card. Evo looks at what you logged today and what is left. Free 3, Pro 60 per cycle.
Read Evo's card and open the thread
The Evo card on Home shows Evo's latest message. Tap the card to open the thread, where every message is kept, grouped by day.
Turn on Evo's daily check-in and notifications
In Profile, Notifications, switch on Daily check-in from Evo for one message a day. Evo's notifications follow All Notifications and Quiet Hours.
Targets, profile, measurements
Change units, language or timezone
Open Profile and, under Settings, tap Units, Language or Timezone. Units switch between metric and imperial; your data is kept either way.
Change your daily targets
Open Profile, Your Daily Targets, tap Adjust manually, type your numbers and tap Save. A later profile or goal edit recalculates calories and macros.
Log a measurement
Open Profile, Measurements, tap +, enter weight and height, add any tape measurements and Left, Front, Right photos, then tap Save. Free keeps 3 entries.
See your evolution and compare progress photos
On Measurements, tap the chart icon to open Evolution: days between entries, a photo slider for Left, Front or Right, a weight trend and a before and now table.
Plans, billing, account
Add a friend and share with them
Open Profile, then Friends, tap the share icon and send the invite link. It works once, expires after 7 days, and you can have up to 20 friends.
Connect Apple Health or Health Connect
Open Profile, then Health Sync, and tap Connect. EvoLogs reads sleep and workouts when you open the app and writes workouts, meals and water.
Free and Pro limits
Free counts AI steps per 30-day cycle and keeps 3 measurement entries. Pro raises the limits and adds Supplements and Health Sync.
Manage AI consent, export your data or delete your account
AI consent is in AI & Data Sharing. Data export and account deletion are in Data & deletion; a deletion can be undone for 7 days by logging in.
